Today, we live in a fast-paced world. Our body tries to keep up with all the demands from working long hours, but usually, there is never enough time to get rejuvenated, to eat well or get enough sleep. We are in a constant hurry to go somewhere and do something. Is it any wonder that we feel stressed and overwhelmed?

Spring is here. You can feel the spring breeze in the air and the days getting longer. We start to put our winter clothing away and pull out some of the lighter clothing. We spend more time out-doors. Spring is a season of change where we let go of the old, welcome the new.
