Title: Turkey Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 sm can tomato sauce 1/2 cup salsa 1/2 cup bread crumbs 2 eggs, slightly beaten Salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/2 Tbs Montreal Steak Spice 9 oz frozen chopped spinach 1/2 to 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions:
  1. Heat oven to 350 F, combine all ingredients saving half of tomato sauce and all of salsa for end of baking time.
  2. On a sheet of foil, pat mixture to a 12x18 inch rectangle.
  3. Spread spinach over meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Starting with 8” side of foil, roll up (lift foil to help The rolling process). Please roll seam side down on foil in ungreased 15x10 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, Pour remaining tomato sauce and salsa over meatloaf and continue to bake for another 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
