Title: Salmon-corn Chowder
1 tsp oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 medium potatoes, cut into half inch pieces 1 can cream style sweet corn 1 1/2 cups water 1 can evaporated milk 1/4 tsp salt Salmon 1/2 tsp lemon pepper 1 tsp dried dill weed
Cook onion 2-3 minutes or until tender. Add add, potatoes, corn, water, milk and salt stir gently to Mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes. Add salmon and lemon pepper seasoning and cook an additional 10 minutes stir in Dill and serve.
