An Evening of Vocal Play with Marjorie Baskerville

Sooke Harbour Toastmasters is proud to host a special workshop on using your voice, led by certified SoundBody instructor and Sooke Talks presenter Marjorie Baskerville.

We carry tension in our bodies and this tension can seriously affect the quality of our voices. Through a series of playful vocal and body exercises we will explore how to release this tension and ground ourselves firmly into our bodies.

As we will be doing a fair amount of movement during this workshop please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes and bring water to keep yourself hydrated. Light refreshments will be provided.

Suggested donation $5
