Westhills Neighbourhood Update

The Westhills Community Master Plan continues to progress as infrastructure and public amenities develop alongside: Leigh Road is on schedule to connect with Langford Parkway this summer, the Al Charron Rugby Canada Training Centre is now open, and the Mayor has reported on plans to expand the seating capacity of the Westhills Stadium.

The Lakepoint District
The Lakepoint District at the heart of the Westhills community. The area provides residents with essential goods and services that contribute in a meaningful way to their daily lives. Thoughtfully envisioned to be the focal point of living at Westhills, the Lakepoint District will offer a wide variety of creative spaces and activities to be enjoyed year-round from outdoor plazas to the coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, offices, medical and banking facilities, and the Lakepoint Pub and Kayak Club—all within walking distance from the District.

Residents began to move-in to Lakepoint One Condominium in March 2018. The building was completed on time with the majority of residents purchasing in October 2016.

The building is now sold out and registration is now open for the proposed concrete and steel tower known as Lakepoint Two (as depicted in the conceptual rendering above). The NOVA Lands community continues to flourish.
